Charges Dismissed Against Federal Drug Conspiracy Defendant

The Kaufman Law Group recently succeeded in gaining a full dismissal of charges against a defendant facing a 10 year mandatory minimum sentence.  The defendant was accused of participating in a masive Los Angeles drug distribution ring with links to terrorist organizations.
