Colin Hardacre

Associate specializing in civil and criminal trials and appeals.  

Admitted to practice law in 2007, Mr. Hardacre has already gained extensive experience in both State and Federal Court, including second-chairing two criminal jury trials and a binding arbitration; conducting a court-ordered mediation (obtaining a very favorable result); successfully defending clients in State prosecutions for drug possession; brokering settlement between a corporate client and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health; and authoring appellate briefs to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits.

Mr. Hardacre received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2002, and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2007.  At Southwestern, Mr. Hardacre won Best Brief at the 2005 Southwestern Intramural Moot Court Competition, and was a two-year member of the Moot Court Honors Program, winning 2nd Place Brief at the 2006 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, Brooklyn Regional.

Mr. Hardacre is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Mr. Hardacre is admitted to practice in all California State Courts; the United States District Court for the Central District of California; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
