Colin Hardacre

Mr. Hardacre has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, including criminal and civil jury trials, binding arbitrations and mediations.  Mr. Hardacre has successfully defended clients for white collar and violent crimes; represented multi-million dollar companies in administrative proceedings; obtained highly favorable resolutions for his clients after hard fought mediations; and authored winning appellate briefs to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits.

Mr. Hardacre is an excellent writer and well versed in all aspects of civil litigation.

Mr. Hardacre received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2002, and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2007.  At Southwestern, Mr. Hardacre won Best Brief at the 2005 Southwestern Intramural Moot Court Competition, and was a two-year member of the Moot Court Honors Program.

Mr. Hardacre is admitted to practice in all California State Courts; the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Mr. Hardacre has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Flordia, Northern District of Illinois and District of Nevada.
